Wendy Shuler Obituary
Wendy Sheridan Orr Schuler, 66, passed away October 7th, 2023 in San Diego, California, after a courageous battle against breast cancer. She was born in Munich, Germany, March 17, 1957, where her father was stationed as a young captain pediatrician.
She grew up in Gallipolis, Ohio, a beautiful river town, where she frequently returned over the rest of her life to enjoy its park and friends and continued her relationship with the First Presbyterian Church. In high school, she was in the choir, played percussion in the high school band and was editor of the school newspaper, the Gallia Script. After graduating from Gallia Academy High School, she attended Duke University, double majoring in Economics and German, with two summers working in Germany.
She first worked for Texas Instruments in Austin, Texas, later working in Memphis and then moving to Atlanta, for her MBA from Emory University. She settled in Cincinnati, Ohio for over 30 years, working for Proctor and
