Wilma Marcum Obituary
Wilma L. (Hale) Marcum, age 77, of Vinton, Ohio, left this earth for her reward on Sunday, June 9, 2024, after a lengthy health battle.
Born in West Prestonsburg, Kentucky November 9, 1946 to her parents, Paul Raymond Hale and Annette Steele Powell, she was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Paul Hale Jr. (KY), a sister, Sharon Smith (MI), and a daughter-in-law, Carla Taylor (OH).
Our precious mother is survived by her sister, Jan Taylor of Ypsilanti, Michigan; her daughter, Moneka Pepper Pope and Eddie Clagg of Vinton, Ohio; four sons, Terry and Danielle Hale of Oak Hill, Ohio, George and Alicia Taylor of Vinton, Ohio, Kevin Taylor of Vinton, Ohio and Raymond Ray and Debbie Pope of Vinton, Ohio; and two step-children she loved and helped raise, Archie and Ora Mae Marcum.
