BRENDA AVANELL HARRISON, age 74, of Gallipolis, OH, died June 17, 2024. Born January 25, 1950 ,in Lawrence County (Lecta), Ohio she was the daughter of the late Clifford Albert Giles and Avanell Capper Giles. Brenda is survived by her husband, Harold "Buddy" Harrison of Gallipolis; son Cory (Amy) Harrison of Gallipolis; daughter Robyn Waugh of Crown City; grandchildren Paige Harrison (Fiancé' Zackary Koebel), Heidi Harrison, Waylon Waugh, Colton Waugh and Brayden Waugh; and by her brother, Michael (Essie) Giles of Willow Wood. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of service.
