John Blackburn Obituary
John David Blackburn, 32, of Waycross, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Born August 23, 1991, in Columbus, Ohio, he was the son of Charles Blackburn and Rhonda (Mark Waltner) Fleming. John had a big heart and was loved by all that knew him.
In addition to his parents, he leaves behind his son, Liam Aron Blackburn; brother and sisters: Bubby (Allison) Blackburn, Ashley (Bogdan) Moraru and Diana (Cody) Spaun; nieces and nephews: Caelan, Brenton, Bryson, Jace, Autumn, Noah and Maddox; maternal grandfather, James Harold Fleming and several other extended family members and friends.
He was a loving son, father, brother, and friend who will be dearly missed.
John was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Oma Sue Fleming and uncle, Harold Eugene Fleming.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Thursday, August 15, 2024, in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Old Pine Cemetery, Rio Grand
