Paula Hughes, 59, Vinton, Ohio passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Adena Hospital, Chillicothe, Ohio. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, July 15, 1965, to the late Oscar Kendall and Myrtle (Parson) Kendall.
Paula is survived by her children: Scenta Omslaer, Columbus, Ohio, Amber (Craig) McClintic, Vinton, Ohio and Shadina Hughes, Langsville, Ohio; grandchildren: Christian Omslaer, Tiffany, Logan, Joseph and Katelynn McClintic, Elijah Lowery, Isabelle Hughes and former son-in-law, James Omslaer, Columbus, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Paula was preceded by her grandchild, Jadealexis Omslaer.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 PM Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the Morgan Center Holiness Church, Vinton, Ohio with Pastor Theron Durham officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Thursday, 11:00 AM till the time of service.
